ENERLYT is a medium-sized company based in Potsdam and has been active in the field of building technology for over 30 years with a permanent staff. We design energy-efficient and ecological technical systems, supply clean energy with decentralised technology, conduct research in the field of energy technology and produce micro-energy systems for families, in line with our company philosophy of "saving energy and protecting the environment".
Our planning team offers planning and consulting services for all aspects of technical building equipment and the development planning of engineering structures. During the 3.5-year training programme, we will teach you all the knowledge and skills you need to create technical drawings for the manufacture and installation of technical building equipment systems according to specifications. You will be involved in all planning, development and realisation phases of technical building systems and learn how to create technical project documentation. In addition to practical training in our company, you will attend vocational school.

You will fit in with us if you finish school in the summer with an intermediate school-leaving certificate, university entrance qualification or A-levels and have good grades in maths and German. You should also have good spatial awareness and be interested in the job description. You are also welcome to complete an internship with us beforehand.
