We have been offering energy contracting for 30 years and also use biomass as a fuel.
Safe operation
of the supply systems through our 24-hour on-call service
Favourable heat price
through good purchasing conditions for fuel and system technology, precise planning through many years of experience and our own planning team
Environmentally friendly
through the use of highly efficient brand products with optimal efficiencies, low primary energy factors of the supply areas
Our services range from needs analysis and project development to realisation with financing, construction and taking over the complete operation of the system. The contracts are drawn up in accordance with the AVB FernwärmeV and HeizkostenV and are transparent and individually tailored to the property to be supplied.
Energy efficiency and environmental protection are at the top of our agenda. For ENERLYT, both topics have always been part of the orientation of corporate action. For us, environmental protection naturally includes the use of renewable energies. This includes in particular the use of biomass. In addition, we also use combined heat and power plants and condensing boiler technology. We attach particular importance to the technology we use:
The precise design of the system technology is carried out by our own planning team, supported by our energy expert.
We have also developed our own system, the electricity-generating pellet heating system.
The electrical energy generated there can reduce the amount of energy purchased or can also be used to operate a heat pump that supplements the heat output of the biomass plant. In addition, the electrical energy can also be used to drive the pump/screw drive of the energy centre. This bivalent system achieves plant redundancy.
We will be happy to send you further information.
Many years ago, Dr. Gimsa was head of the “District Heating Operationsˮ department at the energy supplier MEVAG and brought his wealth of experience to the founding of ENERLYT. In the field of energy technology, he has an engineering degree, which he further deepened with his doctorate in the field of thermodynamics of special cycle processes at the TU Dresden.
